IT HAS A 35" Flex Frame & RAIN COVER. IT WAS USED ONE TIME ON A BOY SCOUT TRIP. IT INCLUDES THE RAIN COVER. IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH ALL STRAPS AND ZIPPERS OPERATING PROPERLY. IT HAS 6 STORAGE COMPARTMENTS PLUS THE LARGE MAIN COMPARTMENT. THE BOTTOM MEASURES 17 3/4" ACCROSS AND THE TOP IS 15 1/4" WIDE. IT IS GRAY AND BLACK IN COLOR.
