As a LPN, you will work under the general supervision of the communities Residential Care Coordinator or Director of Nursing to:
Provision of care of patients in accordance with their care plans. May require conferences with physician, patient, family members and other staff involved with patient's care.
Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.
Review and maintain all clinical records, which are required for patient's care and progress.
Review weekly reports to monitor personal and staff compliance to all State and Federal requirements including blood borne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety
Requirements
Qualifications include:
Current state Licensed Practical Nurse License
Ability to successfully pass background and drug screenings
Previous long-term healthcare experience (highly preferred)
Ability to be a part of a team who shows compassion for others, including co-workers and residents

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
