Overview: The Lean Coordinator will have responsibility for the training of Lean concepts, implementing Lean methods and successful completion and sustainment of improvement initiatives, at the Division level.

Responsibilities:
Introduction and training of Lean concepts at all levels of the Division. Must work closely with, and assist as needed, other divisions to ensure program consistency and a unified approach in making improvements.
Lead the use of Lean tools and concepts as the methodology for significant, effective, measurable and sustainable improvement.
Lead projects and coordinate team activities to complete company goals and initiatives.
Reports to the Corporate Lean Manager, but is directly responsible for supporting Great Plains and/or
land
Pride Division improvement objectives.

Requirements include:
Demonstrated success in leading and sustaining change using Lean methods.
Proven facilitation skills and ability to energize others to productive action.
Must be able to work closely with others to collaborate on completion of common goals.
Must be willing and able to train others; to advance the Lean culture in a fast paced and growing organization.
Strong people skills.
computer
skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
