58 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago Job Description Participates in the youth's daily planning routine Supervises, coaches, and mentors the youth Provides structure for the youth Serves as an adult role model and a source of feedback to the youth Supervises and monitors youth at all times Provides positive interaction with the youth Demonstrates respect and the ability to be open minded and nonjudgmental Assists in the overall cleanliness of the office Helps to ensure the educational needs of youth are met either through participation with online schooling or attendance at an educational institution Ensures youth are engages in activities throughout the day including going out into the community Ensures youth are provided meals May transport youth to scheduled appointments such as medical or mental health Completes timely documentation May assist with clerical duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent First Aid/CPR Must be at least 21 years of age Must pass a drug screen, MVR, KBI, Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Clearance check and an Adult Registry Check FBI Fingerprint check Lifting Requirements of 50 lbs.
Must have valid drivers license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation Mandated Reporter Flexible to changing situations Ability to maintain boundaries Sensitive to the needs of youth Basic understanding of childhood development Independent discretion/decision making within the scope and responsibility of the position Handles multiple priorities Manages emotions and can make decisions under pressure Manages stress appropriately Works alone effectively Ability to travel to different offices within the region Understands diversity and culture Works effectively in close proximity to others and/or in a distracting environment Works effectively with others/teamwork Understands and practices Universal Precautions Good written and verbal communication skills Job Type:
