Being licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life, Accident, and Health Determine customer requirements and expectations Solicit, sell, and negotiate new business policies Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing customers Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Assist with the annual review process Perform risk analysis and underwriting Client/Claims liaison General customer service duties as presented Performs other duties as assigned PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES State of Kansas Property & Casualty License High School Diploma or equivalent is required Four-year college degree is highly preferred Previous customer service skills experience Note:
This position may require having the flexibility to work nonstandard hours/shifts and having the ability to adhere to a structured schedule.
Some travel may be required.
