This position will earn $14.
30/hr.
As a Family Support Coordinator, you will:
Employee may act as a representative of an Eligibility Specialist, Employment Services Specialist in their absence or if otherwise unavailable.
This may include providing eligibility requirements, scope of agency program, application procedures, explanation of fiscal procedures and policies to clients, vendors, medical providers, personnel representing other public and private agencies, or public officials.
Employee will assist in research to identify community partners as well as seek out community resources to meet clients' needs or for collaboration with leadership.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred
Qualifications:
At least one year of customer service and / or clerical experience in an office setting.
