This person will assist with expansion and growth opportunities in Saline County and the surrounding markets.
The ideal candidate will have ties to the area and will have experience in agricultural and small business lending along with strong business development skills.

This person must have the ability to effectively communicate, work independently and have the desire to be involved in the community.
A bachelor's degree in business, Agriculture or related studies is preferred but not required.
