Salina, KS Salina, KS Full-time Full-time $18 - $22 an hour $18 - $22 an hour We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estate Gardener Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining and enhancing our client's properties.

This is a 10 month seasonal, permanent position.
As the Estate Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Team Leadership:
Lead a team of gardeners, provide guidance and training and support to ensure highest quality work.
Property Maintenance:
Complete day to day maintenance of estate flower gardens, lawns and landscapes ensure they are kept in pristine condition.
Planting and Design:
Contribute to the planning of seasonal potted arrangements.
Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate records and property schedules using our industry technology Client Interaction:
Interact with estate owners to provide updates on projects, meet requirements.
Qualifications Valid driver's license 2 years supervisory or leadership experience.
In-depth knowledge of horticulture and plant care, degree or certification in horticulture, landscaping or related field is a plus.
