Summary:
Receive, store and ships parts.
Processes orders, clean and assemble and test parts.
Assist customers with orders via phone or e-mail and acquire payment information.
Provide support to customers, I & A Division Admin and Manager.

Responsibilities:
Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves or to be shipped to customers, using UPS Global shipping software.
Determine proper storage methods, identification and parts locations based on turnover, environmental factors and physical capabilities of the warehouse.
Store parts in an orderly and accessible manner and mark stock items with lot & part numbers.
Examine and inspect parts and equipment for wear or defects, provide documentation to Admin or Division Manager reporting any damage.
Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies and advise Admin or Division Manager.
Clean and maintain parts, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain records, pack slips for parts used or issued accurately and timely.
Prepare parts (Exline Protective Devices), supplies and equipment for use by adjusting, repairing, or assembling them as necessary and testing.
Advise customers, external and internal, on the appropriateness of parts, supplies or materials requested.
Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries.
Process orders by phone and e-mail, acquire forms of payment, P/O or credit card info for payment, enter orders, print acknowledgements, and print travelers.
Assist Quality Control Department to ensure incoming parts are manufactured to specifications using blueprint reading and precision measuring equipment.
Tests each new shipment of Fuse-Metal for accurate melting temperature prior to use.
Order materials, as well as issue and process purchase orders.
Process warranty claims.
Assist with field project orders.
Assemble and test new Exline, Inc.
products.
Rebuild/reload customer devices.
Test new thermocouples/RTDs for correct operation.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of machines and tools used in performance of responsibilities.
Mechanical and parts knowledge Basic computer skills-Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), UPS Global Shipping Software Ability to read blueprints.
Ability to use precision measuring equipment.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently or as part of a team while promoting a positive work environment.
Must be very detailed orientated in their work.
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally as appropriate to give information and receive instructions.
Ability to meet Exline, Inc.
driving qualifications.
Education and
Experience:
High School with 2-5 years of experience in parts warehouse environment Oral Comprehension/Expressing - The ability to listen to and understand spoken instruction and information.
The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
Written Comprehension/Expressing - The ability to read and understand information ideas presented in writing.
The ability to give written information.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Basic computer skills as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Demonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstration of planning, organization, and time management skills.
Profit Key experience (PKI) preferred, but not required.
Independent Action:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.
g.

Working Conditions:
Mostly Sedentary work which requires sitting for long periods of the time, with limited walking/standing.
