As a Division Manager Trainee your typical day would include:
Job Shadowing with Division Manager, Management Training such as budgeting, goal setting, team building, professional development, conflict resolution, leadership, management skills.
Inspect and operate equipment for Landscape Maintenance Division.
Account management and customer service.
Using technology to perform inventories, manage scheduling and other operational tasks.
Work to obtain Chemical Applicator license.
Job Requirements Valid Driver's license 2 years of relevant experience in management or operations leadership.
Passion for working outdoors.
Strong organizational and management skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
