Qualified applicants will have a desire to create beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients and demonstrate the value of teamwork.
Specific Responsibilities include the following:
Direct and work with crew members to complete residential and commercial projects.
Ensure that team has necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects.
Manage time, productivity, and material record keeping.
Provide consistent and timely communication with customers, employees and managers.
Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work.
Utilize hands-on training philosophies and demonstrate a strong work ethic through your example.
Promote safety, performance, and well-being of all crews.
Necessary Skills/
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory/leadership leadership experience, required.
Construction, remodeling, woodworking, concrete and masonry experience is beneficial Valid driver's license required.
