Maintenance Supervisor

We are hiring for a Lawn Maintenance Operations Supervisor to join our team to ensure the lawn maintenance plans meet the specific needs and requests of our customers.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Hands on work in all aspects of Landscape Maintenance to include property cleanups, mowing, pruning, trimming, edging, weed control, pest control, flower/bed maintenance, fertilizing, overseeding, lawn aeration.
Oversee field crews of two to three employees.
Assist in equipment repair and department training, and client communication.
As a key member of the Maintenance staff, the Operations Supervisor utilizes a broad range of skills, practices, and techniques to achieve the highest standards.

Skill set and requirements:
Valid driver's license 2 years turf management/horticulture background, preferred.
Experience hauling trailers with equipment, preferred.
Operate various lawn and landscape equipment.
Passion for working outdoors.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to obtain a Driver's DOT Physical Willing to train and obtain chemical applicator license.
