is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Deposit Operations Supervisor in Salina, KS! The Deposit Operations Supervisor ensures that the Deposit Operations Team and IRA Specialist are motivated and upholding the set SLAs.
This position is responsible for recommending improvements and when warranted, implementing those improvements.
Deposit Operations is responsible for verifying the accuracy and integrity of customer account records, both on-line and in documented form.
It is vital to the soundness of the bank and it is critical that the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly tasks are done correctly and timely.
Ensure the accuracy of tax reporting on deposit accounts and other programs that require the creation of OTCs Act as a resource for the Deposit Operations Team and be the expert in IRAs, CDs, DDA, SAV, Lockbox and Legal document processing Maintain/create service levels that will ensure the Deposit Operations team is meeting the needs of the Retail and Commercial bankers Support efforts of Quality Assurance Team and encourage ideas to move the bank forward and support the Deposit Operations team during the transitions to new procedures Update/create procedures for Deposit Operations - create list of all tasks performed and understand how the tasks are performed Complete monthly reporting Complete annual reviews for team Work closely with BSA/AML team Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.
Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.
Understand and participate in the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act program.
Education/Experience Preferred:
