Those who complete the in-store trainee/apprenticeship certification program will then have the opportunity to operate their own storefront.
Every store owner becomes an investor in Brown's Shoe Fit, owning a share of their store plus stock, and the opportunity to invest in more stores throughout twelve Midwest states.
